Claudio discutiu o tema “Imposto Seletivo” no Painel “Tributação Estratégica e Competição Federativa” ao lado de especialistas na área, como ARGOS CAMPOS RIBEIRO SIMÕES, Guilherme Peloso Araujo, Paulo Ayres Barreto, Renato Lopes Becho e Maria Leonor Leite Vieira.

Entre os principais pontos abordados, destacamos: a finalidade, a incidência e os riscos do Imposto Seletivo (IS); a fixação de alíquotas e autonomia dos entes; o risco da guerra fiscal; e o papel do Comitê Gestor.

Claudio discussed the topic of “Selective Taxation” in the “Strategic Taxation and Federative Competition” panel alongside specialists in the field, such as ARGOS CAMPOS RIBEIRO SIMÕES, Guilherme Peloso Araujo, Paulo Ayres Barreto, Renato Lopes Becho and Maria Leonor Leite Vieira.
